Beta Product

Holoscape is currently in early beta. The product is sold at a reduced beta price that reflects its current state. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the software is still in active development and may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to significant changes.

General Policy

Because Holoscape is a digital product with instant delivery of the license key, purchases are generally non-refundable once the license has been delivered.

We encourage you to check compatibility and review the product information before purchasing. Holoscape currently requires Windows.

Case-by-Case Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • A technical issue on our side that prevents the software from functioning at all.
  • A duplicate charge or billing error.

We do not guarantee refunds for dissatisfaction, change of mind, or incompatibility with your specific hardware configuration.
