Holoscape is a software product developed and sold by Yktis SAS, a French company. By purchasing or using Holoscape, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Beta Software — Important Disclaimer
Holoscape is currently in early beta. This means:
- The software may contain bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior.
- Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable without notice.
- We make no guarantees of uptime, stability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
- The software is provided "as is", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
By purchasing a beta license, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
3. License
Upon purchase, Yktis SAS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Holoscape on your own device(s) for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software or license key.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose.
4. Purchase & Delivery
Purchases are processed through our payment provider. After successful payment, a license key is delivered to the email address you provided. Prices are displayed at checkout and may be changed at any time for future purchases.
Holoscape currently runs on Windows only. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing.
5. Refunds
Given the beta nature of the product and its digital delivery, purchases are generally non-refundable. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at Yktis SAS's sole discretion. To request a refund, contact us at holoscape@yktis.com.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yktis SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Holoscape. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
